In the following data protection information, we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data carried out by WeFace AB, also know as Weface, C/O Lead WeFace AB C/O Lead, Laxholmstorget 3, 602 21 Norrköping, Sweden. (hereinafter referred to as„WeFace“ and/or "we" and/or "Data Controller" and/or Our Company) according to the general data protection regulation („GDPR“). Our data protection information applies to all websites, applications and other services and benefits (hereinafter jointly referred to as „Services“), offered by Interactis on all markets.

Using WeFace as an End User

As an End User engaging with our Services, we gather your Personal Information that you provide during your interactions. For instance, if you use our Services to participate in a video chat through a customer's website, we will obtain your name, email address, and a recording of the video session, along with any other Personal Information you furnish to us.

In terms of communications, we may obtain more of your Personal Information if you reach out to us directly. For instance, if you contact us for support, we will obtain your name, email address, the content of your message, and your phone number if you choose to share it. Similarly, if you subscribe to our marketing communications or sign up for our waitlist, we will receive your name and email address.

When utilizing our Services to make a payment, your Payment Information, including credit card information, billing information, and any other financial information required to finalize the transaction, is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, store, or process any Payment Information.

We gather certain data when you use our Services

The following information is collected when using our Services:

  • Location Information: Your general location information may be inferred when you use our Services, such as your IP address indicating your geographic region.

  • Device Information: We receive information regarding the device and software you use to access our Services, including your device type, operating system version, and internet protocol (IP) address.
